We spent more than a decade watching conversations win and lose — in sales pitches, salary negotiations, team stand-ups, and difficult feedback sessions. We noticed something that never made it into the training manuals: the outcome of the conversation was usually decided before the first key point was made.
The person who could read the room — who noticed pace, resistance, energy, and attention — could adjust in real time. The person who could not adjust kept talking, and kept wondering why the message never landed.
That observation became a method. The method became a workshop. The workshop became a community, then a platform, and now the name you see here: Reality Profiler.
How we got here
The rooms
We started in sales floors, boardrooms, and leadership offsites. The same pattern kept repeating: the best communicator in the room was rarely the loudest. It was the person who read the room first.
The language
DISC gave us a shared vocabulary — but we saw it used as a cage, not a lens. Labels were stuck on people. We began reframing it as a live reading skill: observe pace, observe focus, then adapt.
120hoursclub
Under C12h and the 120hoursclub, we ran workshops for teams who wanted to learn fast, practice hard, and apply the skill immediately. The community grew because the method worked under pressure.
Reality Profiler
We turned the method into a platform. Reality Profiler is the digital home for reading people in real time: assessments, classes, coaching, and a community of people who want to lead better conversations.

Behind the brand
Reality Profiler is the public name of the platform. It is owned and published by C12h, operated under AMN Group FZE LLC.
The name C12h comes from the original community idea — 120 hours to transform a skill. Over time, the idea evolved into a single focus: help people read reality in real time, one conversation at a time.
Everything we publish is built to be practical. We do not sell personality types. We teach a skill: observe behaviour, decide what the other person actually needs, and respond with clarity.
