1. Who you're contracting with

These terms are between you and AMN Group FZE LLC, trading as "Reality Profiler" ("we", "us", the "seller"). By using this website or purchasing a class you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

Reality Profiler is a DISC-based communication guide for leaders and managers. Access to paid classes is granted on a one-time purchase basis and delivered digitally, tied to the email address you check out with.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including any unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, scraping, probing, or interference with the service or other users.

4. Intellectual property

All content, software, documentation, and branding remain the property of Reality Profiler. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal professional use. No resale or redistribution.

5. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms applicable to your transaction. Prices are shown in US dollars exclusive of tax; applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

6. Service level

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Carve-outs apply where required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
