We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a class or digital product bought from Reality Profiler, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team at contact@120hoursclub.com with your order email and Stripe receipt. We will process approved refunds through Stripe to your original payment method.

What happens after a refund

Once approved, Stripe will process the refund to your original payment method. Access to the refunded class or product will be removed from your account. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

This refund policy applies to digital products purchased directly from this site. It does not cover third-party services, bundled physical goods, or purchases made outside of our Stripe checkout flow.
