AMN Group FZE LLC, trading as "Reality Profiler" ("we"), is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Email address — provided at checkout to tie purchases to you and to deliver receipts.
• Purchase records — transaction ID, product, amount, currency, and environment (test or live).
• Assessment answers — DISC quiz responses are stored in your browser's local storage on your device and are not sent to our servers unless you export them.
• Basic usage/telemetry — standard web logs (IP address, timestamps) via our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To provide the service, deliver the classes you paid for, restore access on other devices, respond to support, and prevent fraud or abuse. Legal basis: performance of the contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles payment details, receipts, and (where applicable) tax calculation. See Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — for hosting, database, and email delivery.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Retention

We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal obligations. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect personal data.

Cookies

We use only essential storage (local storage) needed to remember your assessment progress and class access on this device. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set.
